Elongated Head
Offensive Paddle
Foam Tech
120 Grit Carbon Face
14mm
8.3 oz

16.5 H x 7.5 W
G 4.25 x L 5.5

All the advantages of the 16mm version, with more feel and attack. The Purple Reign comes in at 8.3oz a little heavier than your average paddle. The added weight definitely helps generate more power. The 120 grit carbon face adds even more spin, and due to the carbon being a little thicker, a little less pop than the T-800.

I picked up the Yuri Purple Reign after playing with heavier paddles and it fits my game well. At 8.3 oz it feels solid in hand and I notice more power on drives without swinging harder. The 120 grit carbon face gives me great spin on serves and dinks, though the thicker carbon means slightly less pop than the T-800, so expect to generate your own pace. The elongated head adds reach for two-handed backhands. Good for players wanting more feel and attack in a spin-focused paddle.
