Gearbox PRO Ultimate Elongated Pickleball Paddle (16mm)

The Gearbox PRO Ultimate 16mm is an edgeless, elongated paddle built to do everything well. It has the reach and pop of a power paddle with the stability and soft touch you need to reset, and it is USA Pickleball Quiet Approved for noise-restricted courts.

What makes it different

Gearbox skips foam and honeycomb. The PRO series runs on Gearbox's patented SSTCore, parallel carbon fiber ribs that run the length of the face. The PRO Ultimate pairs that core with Gearbox's Power Matrix construction, which ties the core, frame and handle together so more energy reaches the ball. The 16mm build adds dwell time, twist weight and a larger sweet spot compared to the 14mm PRO paddles.

Why the PRO Ultimate

• Power and control in one paddle. Drives and put-aways have real pace, and resets stay soft.
• Bigger sweet spot. Higher twist weight keeps off-center hits stable and accurate.
• Spin. TXR Surface Grip Technology and longer dwell time help shape rolls and topspin drives.
• Reach. The 16-1/2" elongated shape with an 11" head extends coverage and leverage.
• Edgeless and quiet. The full face is playable, and it meets the USAP Quiet Category.
• Two-handed backhand ready. The 5-1/2" handle has room for both hands.
